Diazteca mangos are available from March through September. Early varieties such as Tommys and Hadens are available from April through June; late varieties such as Kents and Keitts are available from July through September. The following chart shows when Mexican mangos from Diazteca are available by variety, size and volume:

Hot peppers are available from December through May.

The USA imports 99% of the mangos it consumes. Mangos are harvested across the American Continent during the hottest months of the year in each region. In December, Ecuador, Peru and Brazil, harvests their mangos, and in the Northern countries, such as Mexico, harvesting takes place during summer time.
