Diazteca sells over five million cartons of mangos a year to the USA, from which 50% are company grown and the rest are sourced from grower partners located in different Mexican producing regions. Our packing shed of Escuinapa can pack 10 loads a day and the one located in Altamirano five loads a day. Diazteca’s 2,000 acres of mango orchards produce a total of 40,000,000 pounds equivalent to an average of 20,000 pounds per acre. This figure is higher than the national average yield thanks to the advanced micro-aspersion irrigation techniques Diazteca implements in its fields.
