Two fully owned packing sheds strategically located in Mexico supply Diazteca customer’s mango needs. One is located in Escuinapa, Sinaloa, Mexico, among the company owned mango orchards, with a capacity of packing ten loads of mangos a day this packing shed operates during the late mango deal. The second one is located in Altamirano, Guerrero, Mexico, with a capacity of packing five mango loads a day this packing shed operates during the early mango deal.

Both of our packing sheds operate 100% of the time under a USDA inspector supervision. According to USDA regulations, the packing shed cannot operate without a USDA inspector. Therefore, mangos are hot water treated and packed under this supervision at all times.

Our packing crew has over twenty years of experience implementing the most rigorous quality standards, and our Escuinapa main packing shed was Primus Labs certified for the first time in year 2000, and keeps re-certifying every year.
